At the 2025 Paris Fashion Week, Saucony set out to create a futuristic, brand-defining moment that merged performance and lifestyle. We developed the Coded to Run, a concept which brought our natural instincts of movement to unite runners with the everyday. Through a dynamic visual system inspired by blob tracking, we bring movement, design, and lifestyle to life using frames and connecting lines that illustrate interaction, connectivity, and the seamless flow between human motion and everyday culture. For the pop-up, we created an open, flexible space for the running community that blended sport and culture. This was the main hub that hosted activations such daily runs, a matcha café, and curated talks with industry figures such as Jae Tips - bringing innovation, community, and style into a unified experience.
